United States

  1. Return Eligibility

    • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

    • Sale items are non-refundable.

  2. Return Process

    • Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions.

    • Pack the items securely in the original packaging.

  3. Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  4. Refunds

    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-12 business days excluding the shipping costs.

    • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Italy

Due to local regulations and logistical constraints, we currently do not accept returns for purchases made in Italy.

    • All items purchased in Italy are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  2. Customer Support
